Registration Now Open for R&DA’s 2024 Spring Meeting
R&DA’s 2024 Spring Meeting will be taking place on May 7-9, 2024, at the Westin La Paloma . Nestled on 250 acres in the Sonoran Foothills with views of the Santa Catalina Mountains, The Westin La Paloma is roughly 15 miles north of the Tucson airport. The venue is set amid a classic desert landscape of golden sand, wildflowers and century-old saguaro cacti. But because this hotel is part of the Marriott hotel family, Marriott Bonvoy members can earn and use points here. There will be a variety of great presentations, military marketplace innovations, networking opportunities and much, much more!
PROGRAM MATERIALS:
Program materials will be available on the Meeting Attendee Resources webpage https://www.militaryfood.org/meeting-attendee-resources after April 22, 2024 to all registered attendees. These materials will also be provided in a hard-copy format onsite in your attendee packet.

A total of 10 companies will be offered the opportunity to showcase their company with literature, products, information, and samples our meeting attendees during the registration check-in, before the general session meeting times, during the networking luncheons, and during the daily breaks.

All conference activities will take place at The Westin La Paloma. R&DA has arranged special room rates for meeting attendees at The Westin La Paloma starting at $175.00/night for industry room rate and the government/state rate of $120 per night . Our hotel link is now closed, and we have turned our hotel block directly over to our Reservations Coordinator, Dawn Glass.
